Visiting the Vintners Hall of Fame

Located in the historic Barrel Room in the Greystone main building, the Hall of Fame is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and admission is free. Be sure to see:

  • The Hall of Fame Honorees Exhibit
Bronze sculptures—crafted by renowned artist Lawrence Nowlan—and biographies of the inductees are displayed on the 2,200-gallon redwood wine barrels.
  • The David and Judy Breitstein Collection
“A History of California Wine: The David and Judy Breitstein Collection” documents the rich heritage of the industry as told through rare bottles. Curated by CIA Wine Studies Chair Karen MacNeil, the collection displays about 40 of the 150 bottles at any one time.
