Christie Dufault has worked as a sommelier and wine director for some of the nation’s finest restaurants, including Restaurant Vincent Guerithault, RN74, and Restaurant Gary Danko, where she earned a Wine Spectator Grand Award. While the head sommelier at Quince, Ms. Dufault was named Best Wine Director by San Francisco Magazine. Her other accolades include being honored as one of America’s Best Young Sommeliers by Wine & Spirits magazine in 2003 and one of Phoenix’s 4 Most Interesting Women by City AZ magazine in 1999. She is the co-author of Two in the Kitchen: A Cookbook for Newlyweds and serves as sommelier for a small retreat company called Yoga in the Vineyard.
