Cheryl Stanley, CS, CSW
Adjunct Instructor—Hospitality and Service Management

Cheryl Stanley teaches in the degree programs at the CIA as well as for Cornell University, and is the founding partner of Cheryl Stanley Restaurant Consulting, where she advises clients on service standards, improves dining room efficiencies, and develops custom wine and beverage programs. A Court of Master Sommeliers Certified Sommelier and Society of Wine Educators Certified Specialist of Wine, Ms. Stanley previously managed an inventory of more than $1 million as wine director for the Wine Cask Restaurant and Retail Store, and worked as sommelier and dining room manager for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. She holds a MS from Texas Tech University, a BS from Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, and an advanced certificate from the Wine Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Wine and Spirit School in London, England.
